Local SEO optimization
Website design and consultation
Digital marketing consulting
SMS/text messaging marketing services
Content creation and brand development
3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
3.1 Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Cajun Fried Creative LLC
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You may receive promotional, transactional, and service-related messages
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service package and preferences
You may receive up to 10 messages per month unless otherwise specified
3.3 Opt-Out Procedures

4.2 Billing Terms
No long-term contracts required
Monthly billing cycle
Services can be cancelled before next billing cycle
Payment due upon receipt of invoice
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Grant necessary access to social media accounts and platforms
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Client Content
You retain ownership of your business name, logos, and existing content
You grant us license to use your content for agreed-upon services
6.2 Created Content
Content created by us remains our intellectual property until full payment
Upon payment, you receive usage rights for business purposes
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Service Limitations
We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes
Social media platform changes may affect service delivery
Third-party platform outages are beyond our control
7.2 Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
8. TERMINATION
8.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time before the next billing cycle
No refunds for partial months of service
8.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate services for breach of terms
We may terminate with 30 days’ written notice
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Alexandria, Louisiana.
12. A2P COMPLIANCE
12.1 Regulatory Compliance
We comply with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
We maintain proper consent records
We honor opt-out requests immediately
12.2 Carrier Requirements
We follow carrier guidelines for message content and frequency
We maintain proper registration with carriers
We monitor delivery rates and spam complaints
13. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your information.
14. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or SMS. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cajun Fried Creative LLC.
